Join us for a fun morning at Riverfront! Your ticket (1 per adult) includes:
9:30-10:00: Mommy & Me Pilates- led by Sara Stevens, Postnatal Pilates Trainer: a class designed to help you strengthen & reconnect with your core, improve posture, and move with intention.
10:00-11:00: Let the kids play while you connect with other Moms!
And because our mission is to bring mothers together in faith, you'll find a connection table with prayer cards, information about our community, and ways to get plugged into our village.
Come as you are, move your body, let your kids play, and leave feeling a little more encouraged.
