Hi, I'm Sara Stevens, a certified postnatal trainer, toddler mom, and military veteran. After serving 10 exciting years in the Air Force alongside my husband, we relocated to Effingham County, Georgia while I was five months pregnant, knowing only one person in the area. Once my daughter was born and my husband went back to work, I quickly learned how isolation can grow into feelings of self-doubt. What helped me most was connecting with other moms through fitness and faith.

 

As I started meeting other moms with the same values and interests, I discovered the power of connection. We all crave it, and that's by design. God never intended for us to experience motherhood (or life) in isolation. These experiences lit a fire in me to create Gathered Moms Co.- a place where moms can strengthen their bodies with accountability, grow in their faith, and find the true friendships we all need in motherhood. I'm so excited to bring my passion to this area and walk alongside other moms in their journey.
